This firm specialises in the delivery of bespoke high-end residential projects valued from $10M to $20M across the Eastern Suburbs. With solid foundations built with esteemed clients, this company has secured a strong pipeline of work across it's specialised sector. As such, we are seeking an ambitious Contracts Administrator with aspirations to evolve into a Project Manager and help execute upcoming and future projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION. 

As the Contracts Administrator, your role involves reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with the site and project teams to oversee the execution of projects across Sydney. These projects valued between $10M - $20M will require your assistance including communication between clients and the project team to ensure delivery of projects meet a high standard.

  • RFI's, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Variations 
  • Procurement 
  • Programming 
  • Cost control 
  • Client management 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable 
  • Proven record as a Contracts Administrator in the residential sector 
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
