As the Project Manager you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and conducting maintenance works on a variety of council’s assets.

About the Position
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and conducting maintenance works on a variety of council’s assets.
Duties
- Maintain positive and supportive relations between the divisions and individuals
- Developing and consistent evaluation of projects budgets
- Provide corrective action solutions to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
- Coordinate the preparation of works as executed drawings and operations
- Project team management
- Manage and maintain project cost recovery process.
- Formal qualifications in construction to Certificate or higher level and equivalent experience
- Commitment to customer service and quality assurance processes
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
