ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a highly reputable Professional Quantity Surveyor firm that holds a strong presence in the industry. The company has a stellar project portfolio across various sectors i.e Residential, Commercial, Health, Aged Care and Education. They are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their enthusiastic  Tax division and contribute towards their current and upcoming projects. Our client prioritises investing in their employees and ensures that they are provided with adequate resources and training that allows them to excel in their career. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role by delivering tax depreciation reports and providing support to the tax division. In this position, you will be given the golden opportunity to work closely and attain guidance from industry experts whilst working alongside qualified Quantity Surveyors. Our client will assist you in progressing in your career by offering a clear and tailored career progression plan.

DUTIES.
  • Manage bank draw down reports
  • Support Division Manager
  • Prepare Tax Depreciation Reports
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum 4 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
