As Office Administrator at Ivory Group, Caterina plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her role allows her to explore both areas through hands-on experience while building the foundation for a career focused on people and culture.
Described by her colleagues as friendly, diligent and thorough, Caterina supports a range of internal functions including scheduling, document management and internal communications. Outside of work, Caterina enjoys spending time by the ocean and expressing her creativity through visual art. Her work was featured in the 2023 Art Express Exhibition, where she was recognised for her lino and wood carving projects.
