Bio

Junji Kamoshida is the CEO of Ivory Group. His role is to lead the company and our team towards both collective and personal success. Driven by a passionate journey of continuous improvement, Junji’s mission centres around development and excellence as he establishes Ivory Group as a leader in the recruitment field.

With strong communication and people skills, coupled with a Bachelor of Construction Management, Junji navigates his role with great poise and expertise. Described by his colleagues as driven, inspirational and humble, Junji is the archetypal selfless leader, always putting his people and the organisation's needs ahead of his own.

Outside of work, Junji loves cooking and exploring the great outdoors. His favourite cuisines are Turkish and Chinese food, and he is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC.

Junji has a plethora of animal instincts. He specifically identifies with the qualities of an elephant for its intelligence, a camel for its resilience, and a polar bear for independence and drive. These traits, combined with a great deal of empathy, sociability, and confidence manifest daily in interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders alike. Most importantly, Junji works to ensure all relationships and the success of the company are all built on foundations of respect and purpose - or as we call it at Ivory Group, People Instincts.
