Mariam Fofana brings a background in emergency nursing and disability support to her role as a Recruitment Consultant at Ivory Group. With a natural focus on people and outcomes, she approaches recruitment as an opportunity to create meaningful, long-term connections.
Described by her colleagues as energetic, confident, and caring, Mariam puts people at the centre of everything she does. Her role allows her to combine practical problem-solving with empathy, delivering thoughtful experiences to both candidates and clients.
Outside of recruitment, Mariam plays soccer in the Illawarra Premier League and credits sport for keeping her grounded and focused. She’s also a keen traveller, having once visited 17 countries in just seven weeks.
