Ridge Wilson works as a Recruitment Consultant at Ivory Group. His role requires consistent candidate sourcing and screening, interview preparation, and feedback exchange, each of which he excels in.
His professional mission is to achieve excellence in recruitment, aspiring to become a go-to recruiter within the construction sector. Motivated by daily progress towards his goals, Ridge is described by colleagues as focused, outgoing, and driven. Ridge’s fear of failure and high standards also contribute to his success, alongside a perfect balance of creativity and analysis which he gathered during his Bachelor's Degree in Sound Engineering.
Born and bred in New Zealand, Ridge brings an always appreciated Kiwi spirit to his work and colleagues, and has an irrational fear of spiders.
