A Local Council based in Western Sydney is looking for a Administration Officer to assist with the general day-to-day operations of the team. The position is to cover the increase in workload and has the potential to be further extended beyond the initial contract length.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, 3-month contract. Your role will cover general accounts, office administration & customer service duties. You will demonstrate a high level of customer service skills as this role would entail liaising with different teams across Council.
DUTIES.
- Provide general administrative & customer service support
- Assist in reporting financial performance
- Coordinate schedules and documentation for meetings, including minute meetings
- General customer service duties
- Events coordination as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience working for Local Council required
- Experience with financial systems and strong reconciliation skills
- Strong level of customer service skills
- Proficient with TechOne, TRIM, Content Manager & SCOUT
CULTURE.
Your strong work ethic and high-level of autonomy will allow you to thrive in this environment. Support will be provided by the team, but you will be expected to demonstrate a strong level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
REMUNERATION.
- $35.15 p/h + Superannuation
