ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A Lower North Shore Council is looking for an Administration Clerk to assist in a short term data migration project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data entry skills who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Temporary part-time position. This is an initial 3-month contract with potential extensions. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate migration of data while providing general administrative support to the team.
DUTIES.
- Conduct high volume data entry daily
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholder to ensure data integrity
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the team
- Greet and assist visitors, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Experience working for Local Council or Government highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Police Check

REMUNERATION.
