ABOUT THE POSITION.
Take on responsibility from the start, leading construction documentation of projects through to delivery. Tailored career plans will be put in place to ensure there is no stagnation. This is a real chance to make the position your own.
DUTIES.
- Develop comprehensive construction documentation
- Conduct detailed reviews to ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Attend on-site meetings and respond to RFI's
- Proven Revit competency with practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on large, complex projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Education experience preferred
