ABOUT THE POSITION.
Contribute to a large-scale, high-end hospitality development while having the opportunity to explore other sectors and stretch your portfolio. Design, document, and coordinate all stages of their projects while taking advantage of their notable stability in the industry. You will focus on early masterplanning and spatial planning stages under the guidance of the Director.
DUTIES.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the early stages of projects
- Create outstanding pre-construction documentation
- Masterplanning and spatial planning
- Engage with a variety of contractors and consultants
- Revit documentation and coordination
- Architectural Degree
- Expertise with Revit working on large-scale projects
- Experience with masterplanning and spatial planning
- Hospitality experienced highly valued
- Love for architecture and strive for perfectionism
