ABOUT THE POSITION.

Collaborate in one of Australia’s most respected studios experiencing sustained growth, known for their design as an Architectural Technician. Step into a nationally leading team where you’ll be guided and inspired by a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise is of the utmost importance, working on landmark Class 2 Multi-residential projects.

DUTIES.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of mid to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Once briefed independently produce General Arrangements Plans, Reflected Ceiling plans, elevations and sections
  • Prepare 1:5, 1:10 and 1:20 junctions details for façade, roof, balconies, wet areas, walls, floors and ceilings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
  • Strong competency in Revit
  • Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
  • It’s expected that you are familiar with façade details, wall construction and typical waterproofing details
  • Proven experience in services and consultant coordination
