ABOUT THE ROLE.
This role will focus on the efficient and accurate documentation of large scale multi-residential towers, pre and post DA approval. You will be part of a highly capable and experienced tea,. who also work closely with the site project delivery teams.
DUTIES.
- Strong Revit documentation skills, pre and post DA
- Work across all phases of project delivery
- Understand and implement building regulations - BCA, NCC, AS
- Liaise with \site delivery teams, consultants and councils
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture (already completed)
- Minimum 4 years working (post-grad) in an Architectural studio, specifically on larger scale, high-rise multi-residential towers
- Strong Revit skills is a must (studio experience essential)
- Strong planning controls, building regulations (NCC, AS, etc) understanding and construction technical / detailing skills
- Strong understanding of Design and Building Practitioners Act
- BIM lead experience in multi res projects preferred
