ABOUT THE POSITION.
Collaborate in one of Australia’s most respected developers experiencing sustained growth, known for their landmark Class 2 projects. Step into a nationally leading team where you’ll be guided and inspired by a talented team through the day-to-day delivery of complex projects. Work on drafting and drawing construction documentation for Pre and Post DA approval. Work under the project architect as an experienced graduate, technician, project lead or project coordinator.
DUTIES.
- Work on a diverse portfolio of high-rise residential and mixed-use projects
- Produce CC documentation packages
- Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and other stakeholders
- Prepare details for façade, roof, balconies, wet areas, walls, floors and ceilings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred
- Strong competency in Revit
- Excellent understanding of BCA and ADG
- Proven experience in the delivery and documentation of Multi-Residential projects
