They are seeking an experienced Architecture Lead to drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge healthcare environments — from specialist medical suites to bespoke clinical facilities. This is a senior-level opportunity within a fast-growing company with 20 years of experience, known for its excellence in end-to-end, patient-focused commercial health environments.
DUTIES.
- Lead design strategy and architectural direction across multiple health fit-out projects
- Oversee all stages of project delivery: feasibility, DA, CC, tender, and construction documentation
- Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and construction teams to ensure quality and compliance
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering best practices and technical excellence
- Reprsent the company within the industry, attend key events, establish relationships with potential clients, and drive business growth
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- NSW Registered Architect with a tertiary qualification in Architecture
- 7+ years of industry experience, ideally with a focus on healthcare, commercial, or fit-out projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, and strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance, BCA, and NCC requirements
- Proven leadership in delivering projects from design through to construction
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills, as well as external stakeholder managment and engagement skills
