  • Oversee all stages of project delivery: feasibility, DA, CC, tender, and construction documentation
  • Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and construction teams to ensure quality and compliance
  • Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering best practices and technical excellence
  • Reprsent the company within the industry, attend key events, establish relationships with potential clients, and drive business growth

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • NSW Registered Architect with a tertiary qualification in Architecture
  • 7+ years of industry experience, ideally with a focus on healthcare, commercial, or fit-out projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, and strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance, BCA, and NCC requirements
  • Proven leadership in delivering projects from design through to construction
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills, as well as external stakeholder managment and engagement skills

ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Based in a harbourside location on the edge of Sydney's CBD, the studio combines the stability of an experienced leadership team with the drive of a growing business — offering real career progression for ambitious professionals. You’ll join a purpose-led in-house team of over 35 professionals, including architects, designers, construction managers, and engineers, and an offshore documentation team.

BENEFITS.
