This well established, boutique Development Management company is known for working on a variety of projects including Industrial, Residential, Education and Commercial projects. Having over 70 years experience, the firm is expanding and are looking for a Assistant Development Manager to join a collaborative, fun and energetic team. With a beautiful waterview office in Sydney, the client creates a successful and focused environment.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
   
This is an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to come in and grow their skills within a Company based in Sydney and work on unique projects. This is a perfect opportunity to learn underneath a strong team and get exposure to all aspects of Development Management.
   
DUTIES.
  • Assist in managing development projects from concept through completion.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets and cost forecasts.
  • Help with financial modeling, feasibility studies, and funding applications.
  • Liaise with internal teams, investors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Visit development sites to assess progress and report any issues.
  • Work with contractors and consultants to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
   
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Previous Development Management experience.
  • Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
