ABOUT THE POSITION.

As an Associate Hydraulic Engineer, you'll take the lead on the design and delivery of diverse, technically challenging projects. Your role will involve providing technical direction, managing project outcomes, and supporting the development of junior engineers. This is a key leadership position with the opportunity to make a real impact both on project success and on the future of the team.

DUTIES.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout a project’s lifecycle
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Design, analyze, and optimize hydraulic systems, components, and equipment to meet project requirements
  • Conduct site investigations
  • Play an active role in business development
  • Train, mentor and guide Junior Hydraulic Engineers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Relevant Degree qualification 
  • End to end design and calculations for Hydraulics Building Services
  • Exposure to Fire Services is beneficial
  • Proven experience within a management role 
  • Established local experience within Australia
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
