ABOUT THE POSITION.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to contribute to both project delivery and business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to maintain and expand client relationships, support repeat work from existing clients, and identify opportunities to bring in new projects.
DUTIES.
- Support business development initiatives, including strengthening client relationships and securing new opportunities
- Manage projects from concept development through to final delivery, coordinating teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and senior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience leading projects, ideally across Residential, Education and Commercial sectors
- Strong business development capability with a proactive approach to building client relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
