ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex infrastructure and resource projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with senior leaders, clients, and stakeholders to ensure outcomes are met on time and within budget. This position will report directly to the Directors, who are known for their hands-on, supportive leadership style and open-door policy.
DUTIES.
- Lead and deliver projects across transport and resources sectors
- Manage client relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Provide technical oversight on design, delivery and reporting
- Support team development and mentoring of junior staff
- Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
- Ensure compliance with project scopes, timeframes and budgets
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in infrastructure or resource projects
- Prior experience in a consultancy environment preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
