As an Associate, you will work closely with the Director to design, manage, and document projects from concept to completion. This is an opportunity to lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery within budget while coordinating with clients and consultants and overseeing construction administration.
DUTIES.
- Collaborate with the Director on design and documentation
- Lead project management, from budgeting to quality control
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants
- Oversee on-site construction administration
- Mentor junior architects
- ArchiCAD proficiency
- 8+ years of experience in architecture, particularly with NSW standards
- Proven experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Strong project management and construction knowledge
- Registration as an Architect in NSW is an advantage
