About the Position.
As a Bid Coordinator, you'll play a key role in producing tender submissions that win work and represent the business with professionalism and polish. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager and working closely with estimators, project teams, and directors, you'll coordinate documentation, support business development efforts, and ensure every submission aligns with brand, quality, and compliance expectations.
Duties.
- Prepare and coordinate compelling tender and EOI submissions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather key project information
- Maintain and update CVs, project profiles, and company capability statements
- Track upcoming tenders and submission deadlines
- Format, proofread and ensure brand consistency across all documents
- Assist with marketing collateral and business development tasks as needed
Skills & Experience.
- Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or admin role within construction, design or property
- Strong attention to detail and written communication
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (or willingness to learn)
- Organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A team-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
