ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to a passionate leader who champions innovation, you will play a key role in successful project delivery. You will be responsible for BIM coordination across building services projects, supporting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire disciplines to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

DUTIES.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models using Revit
  • Manage project BIM deliverables in accordance with client and company standards
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes using Navisworks
  • Support engineers and designers with model production and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain BIM execution plans, templates, and project standards
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout project delivery
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Demonstrated experience as a BIM Coordinator within the building services industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to project delivery
