This Local Council is seeking for an A3 Accredited Certifier Building Surveyor to help their team with the delivery of residential projects. Prior Local Council experience will be highly preferred due to the nature of the contract.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with various government bodies. You will also be communicating closely with various other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a temporary position to cover a long service leave with a possible for a further extension.
DUTIES.
- Conduct site and building inspections
- Issue complying development certificates
- Issue construction and occupation certificates
- Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Accredited under NSW Fair Trading
- Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related)
- Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
- Class C Drivers Licence
