This Local Council is seeking for an A3/A2 Accredited Building Surveyor to help their team with the delivery of projects. Prior Local Council experience will be highly preferred.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with various government authorities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity, with the potential for further extension.
DUTIES.
- Assess and determine BICs, OCs, CCs and CDCs
- Conduct site inspections
- Provide written referrals and stakeholder consultation
- Investigate and resolve complaints and requests from the community
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Accredited under NSW Fair Trading
- Qualifications in Building Surveying (or related)
- Working knowledge of the EPA and BCA
- Class C Drivers Licence
