Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships within their Sydney NSW division.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Construction Director and Pre-Construction team to identify, pursue, and secure new projects/leads. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders, positioning the business for repeat work and long-term partnerships. This is a strategic, hands-on role with clear visibility to senior leadership and direct influence on the company’s continued expansion.

DUTIES.
  • New business generation and lead conversion
  • Client relationship management and networking
  • Tender strategy and bid management support
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Preparation of capability statements and proposals
  • Strategic account management and repeat business development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in Business Development
  • Strong networking capability and social skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to win work and build long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
