ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A Local Sydney Council is seeking a Business Improvement Officer to join their Traffic & Transport team. This is an excellent opportunity for a process-focused professional to support key service improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies within the team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Temporary initial 6-month role. You will evaluate service improvement actions, engage with Team Leaders and Managers, and provide recommendations to enhance service delivery. The role also involves preparing reports and tracking the progress of key initiatives
DUTIES.
- Review business improvement actions and service delivery
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop practical recommendations
- Liaise with Team Leaders and Managers
- Prepare reports for key stakeholders
- Monitor the progress of improvement initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Demonstrated experience in business improvement, process improvement, or operational review
- Local Government experience highly desirable
- Experience preparing reports and presenting recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
REMUNERATIONS & BENEFITS.
- $45-$50 p/h + Super
