Their steady pipeline of work includes residential, commercial, mixed-use, land development, and other specialised projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a determined Civil 3D Designer to hit the ground running. This role includes establishing Civil 3D families and templates to support efficient project startup, while managing civil design delivery from concept to completion across a range of projects, including residential and commercial subdivisions, land development, mixed-use developments, and other specialised civil works. You will be working closely with engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant design outcomes. DUTIES.
- Prepare and deliver civil design documentation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Produce civil design packages covering stormwater, drainage, roads, earthworks and underground services
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to support project delivery
- Ensure all design outputs comply with Australian standards, regulatory requirements and client specifications
- Perform site grading and shaping for efficient, buildable designs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Proficient in Civil 3D, and AutoCAD for civil design and drafting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of Australian standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate and compliant designs
