We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Civil Project Engineer to bring fresh energy, leadership, and expertise to help drive projects forward.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Civil Project Engineer, you will take the lead in driving projects to success, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring junior engineers while managing contractors and stakeholders. You will be involved in the design of stormwater drainage, water sensitive urban design (WSUD), on-site detention (OSD), and flood management. DUTIES.
- Oversee complex projects from concept to delivery
- Manage and delegate tasks to ensure project delivery and team development
- Develop and interpret detailed designs and innovative construction methods
- Coordinate site logistics, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Design stormwater drainage, water sensitive urban design WSUD and on-site detention OSD, and flooding
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering or related field.
- Proven previous civil engineering experience
- Proficient in DRAINS, MUSIC, Civil 3D, 12D, HECRAS, TUFLOW or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven practical experience
- Ability to develop innovative design solutions and solve complex engineering problems
