This highly established company has been in the industry for over 50 years in Australia and delivers expertise across structural, civil, water, environmental, and remedial engineering.  They have successfully completed projects in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and other specialised sectors. This multidisciplinary company is looking for a Civil Stormwater Engineer to hit the ground running and support the team in delivering complex projects, supported by a strong pipeline of work.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
   
As a Civil Stormwater Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering projects from start to finish across a diverse range of developments, including residential and commercial subdivisions, land-development and other specialised projects. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality design and delivery outcomes. A competitive salary will be offered based on experience and a proactive attitude.
  
DUITES.
  • Design and model stormwater, drainage, flood modelling, water sensitive urban development (WSUD), and On-Site Detention (OSD)
  • Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Coordinate with council, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, council requirements, and environmental regulations
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and design reviews to ensure project success
  • Support the tender process with accurate submissions and documentation
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proven civil stormwater engineering experience
  • Strongly proficient in MUSIC, DRAINS, Civil 3D, 12D, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW or similar software
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, and relevant Australian codes
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
