ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Client Relationship/Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Construction Director and Pre-Construction team to identify, pursue, and secure new projects/leads. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders, positioning the business for repeat work and long-term partnerships. This is a strategic, hands-on role with clear visibility to senior leadership and direct influence on the company’s continued expansion.

DUTIES.
  • Client relationship management and networking
  • New business generation and lead conversion
  • Tender strategy and bid management support
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Preparation of capability statements and proposals
  • Strategic account management and repeat business development
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven experience in Business Development
  • Demonstrated ability to win work and build long-term client relationships
  • Strong networking capability and social skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
