ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from early concept through to completion, acting as the key liaison between clients, consultants, builders, and stakeholders. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, design coordination, approvals, and on-site delivery—ensuring the client's vision is executed with precision and care.
You’ll have the autonomy to drive outcomes while being supported by an approachable and collaborative leadership team. With 2 WFH days, a generous bonus scheme, and a strictly capped 40-hour work week, you’ll enjoy the rare balance of career growth and lifestyle.

DUTIES
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and development projects
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee design management, authority approvals, and program control
  • Maintain strong relationships and act as the client’s trusted representative
  • Ensure compliance with budget, scope, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to business growth and mentor junior team members
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in client-side project management across any of the following: residential, aged care, commercial, hospitality, or industrial sectors
  • Background in construction, property, or consultancy preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Proactive, personable, and solutions-focused
