ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from early concept through to completion, acting as the key liaison between clients, consultants, builders, and stakeholders. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, design coordination, approvals, and on-site delivery ensuring the client's vision is executed with precision and care. You’ll have the autonomy to drive outcomes while being supported by an approachable and collaborative leadership team. This role focuses on delivering a range of complex projects, including minor capital works, refurbishments, and critical infrastructure projects. 

DUTIES
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and development projects
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes
  • Oversee design management, authority approvals, and program control
  • Maintain strong relationships and act as the client’s trusted representative
  • Ensure compliance with budget, scope, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to business growth and mentor junior team members
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in client-side project management in diverse construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, including federal and state government, commercial, health, and education
  • Background in construction, property, or consultancy preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
  • Proactive, personable, and solutions-focused approach
