ABOUT THE POSITION.
As Project Manager , you will take the lead across a varied portfolio of client-side projects, managing each project from the early planning and feasibility stages through design, procurement, construction and final handover.
You will be the central point of contact for clients, providing strategic project advice while bringing together consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to keep projects moving and achieve successful outcomes.
The role offers considerable variety, with exposure to major capital works, commercial fit outs, refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades and building services projects.
Rather than being limited to one project type or sector, you will have the opportunity to build broad experience across a range of high-profile assignments while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in delivering exceptional results.
DUTIES.
- Own projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction and final handover.
- Lead consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Drive project budgets, programmes, procurement, contracts, risks, variations and commercial outcomes.
- Provide trusted client-side leadership, overseeing project reporting, governance, quality, commissioning and successful handover.
