ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Commercial Manager you will collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to help multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $5M to $30M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.

- Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar delivery role
- Minimum of 10 years industry experience
- Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
- Ability to manage high-end fitout, refurbishment or new build projects from inception to handover
