As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Manager. Step into a key leadership role and contribute to some of NSW’s most exciting fitout and refurbishment work.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Commercial Manager  you will collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to help multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $5M to $30M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar delivery role
  • Minimum of 10 years industry experience
  • Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
  • Ability to manage high-end fitout, refurbishment or new build projects from inception to handover
