ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Manager, the Contracts Administrator will play a key role across multiple projects. This is a hands-on role that offers real ownership, allowing you to manage projects from a commercial perspective as if they were your own.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
DUTIES.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing contracts
- Cost management and reporting
- Preparing and assessing variation and progress claims
- Subcontractor management
- Raising and managing purchase orders
- Quality assurance and control
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Experience working on infrastructure or land development projects
- Previous experience on projects of a similar scope
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A practical approach with strong problem-solving abilities
