ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator you'll report directly to your Project Manager, working collaboratively across site and project teams to deliver work spanning multiple sectors from design through to completion. This role has been structured with a clear intention to develop you into a Project Manager, giving you exposure across multiple Canberra projects and the client management experience to get there.
DUTIES.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost control
- Variations and procurement
- Programming and project administration
- Client and stakeholder management
- Subcontractor management and trade letting
- Contract review and administration
- RFI and submittal management
- Progress claim assessment and processing
- Risk identification and management
- Monthly reporting and project documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable.
- Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar.
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
