ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will work closely with site and project teams to deliver multiple high-end projects across NSW for reputable, well-known clients. Projects range up to $20M in value. You will be client-facing, commercially astute, and the operational backbone of each project delivery, liaising with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard.

DUTIES
  • Service coordination across multiple live projects
  • Managing and negotiating variations with subcontractors and clients
  • End-to-end procurement management
  • Programming, scheduling, and monitoring project milestones
  • Cost control, budgeting, and monthly reporting
  • Client management, liaison, and relationship building
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated career stability and a strong track record with previous employers
  • Hands-on experience delivering fitout, refurbishment, and new build projects
