As a result, they are seeking an ambitious Contracts Administrator who is looking to progress into a Project Manager role and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW—from the design phase through to completion. These projects range in value up to $40M. You will coordinate with both clients and internal teams to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standard.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of stability with previous employers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
