ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and collaborating with site, design, and project teams. You will oversee multiple projects across NSW, ranging in value from $5M to $50M, with involvement spanning from the initial design phase through to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Minimum 1 year in the building industry
