This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the the full project lifecycle and contribute to exciting projects across Sydney. 

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple high-end projects across NSW for reputable well known clients/brands, right from the design stages through to completion. These projects range from $5M to $50M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
  • Two years experience as a Contracts Administrator is essential 
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects is required (fit out, refurbishment and/or new build)
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
