Recent project wins have created a strong pipeline of work, and the business is now looking to bring on a driven Contracts Administrator who is eager to step into a Project Manager role in the near future.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the design phase through to completion. These projects range in value up to $50M. You will coordinate with both the client and the project team to ensure the successful delivery of each project to the highest standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable
- 2+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager on commercial new build projects
- Demonstrated strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Good communication and people skills
- Attention to detail & time management
