Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this close-knit and supportive business is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator with ambitions to progress into a Project Manager role.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will work closely with both the site and project teams to successfully deliver multiple projects throughout NSW, from design through to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

DUTIES.
  • Manage RFIs, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee variations and procurement
  • Assist with project programming and cost control
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Site/Contracts Administrator, Junior Project Manager, or similar
  • Demonstrated stability and consistency with previous employers
