With continued growth and an exciting pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator who is eager to step into a Project Management role and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the project delivery team, supporting the Project Manager while engaging closely with site, design, and client stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for coordinating multiple commercial projects across NSW, typically valued between $5M and $20M. From the early design stages through to handover, you’ll ensure every element of delivery aligns with scope, budget, and schedule, all while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

DUTIES.
  • Coordination of project services and documentation
  • Management of variations and progress claims
  • Procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Program tracking and reporting
  • Cost monitoring and budget management
  • Client and stakeholder communication
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in construction or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience within the building and construction industry
  • Demonstrated reliability and commitment with previous employers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and sound organisational ability
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
