The company is now seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator who is eager to step into a Project Manager role in the near future.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will collaborate closely with site, design and project teams to deliver multiple high-end projects across NSW for reputable and well-known clients/brands. Projects range up to $50M in value. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

- Service coordination
- Managing variations
- Procurement management
- Programming and scheduling
- Cost control and budgeting
- Client management and liaison
- Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar
- Demonstrated stability and strong track record with previous employers
