As such, they are now seeking an ambitious Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Team in delivering current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Sydney division.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the design stages through to completion. These projects range up to $20M. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.
DUTIES
- Service coordination
- Managing variations
- Procurement management
- Programming and scheduling
- Cost control and budgeting
- Client management and liaison
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Solid local experience working as a Contracts Administrator on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
