ABOUT THE COMPANY

With a strong project pipeline in NSW, the team is now seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of upcoming fit-out and refurbishment projects.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Contracts Administrator , you will work closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team to coordinate all financial, contractual, and procurement requirements across multiple commercial interiors projects. You will assist in managing and administrating projects from early stages through to completion. 

DUTIES
  • Procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
  • Managing variations, contracts, and progress claims
  • Cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Assisting with programming and project coordination
  • Maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication
  • Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar (preferred)
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or shopfitting
  • Strong financial, contractual, and procurement understanding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated employment stability and commitment to quality
