With a strong and growing pipeline of upcoming projects in Sydney, the company is now seeking an ambitious Contracts Administrator to support the Project Team in delivering current and future projects from inception through to completion.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Contracts Administrator will work closely with site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across NSW, valued up to $10M. You will be involved from the early design stages through to project completion, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
DUTIES
- Manage contractual variations and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Monitor and track project financials
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Assist with subcontractor procurement, including tenders, pricing, and scopes of work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Strong local experience on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
- Demonstrated employment stability and reliability
