Recent project wins have created a strong pipeline of work, and the business is now looking to bring on a driven Contracts Administrator who is eager to step into a Project Manager role in the near future.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the design phase through to completion. These projects range in value up to $20M. You will coordinate with both the client and the project team to ensure the successful delivery of each project to the highest standards.

  • Service coordination
  • Managing variations
  • Procurement management
  • Programming and scheduling
  • Cost control and budgeting
  • Client management and liaison
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline preferred
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar
  • Demonstrated stability and strong track record with previous employers
  • Experience working on fitout, refurbishment and new build projects
