As such, this company is seeking to employ a driven Contracts Administrator seeking a leap into Project Management to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in their Parramatta office.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project team to deliver multiple projects across NSW, right from the design stages through to completion. These projects range up to $20M. You will assist in managing and administrating projects from early stages through to completion.

- Programming
- Cost control
- Client management
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record as a Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
- Proven end to end experience on fitout & refurbishment projects
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
