ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to one of our highly experienced Associate Directors, in this position you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Administrators, and ensuing the smooth running of all operational and administration related areas of the business. Working as part of a collaborative team within a motivating and fast paced environment, you will be supplied all the necessary resources to ensure you succeed in your position.

DUTIES.
  • Provide administrative support to the business and its internal teams
  • Ensure business operations are executed with a high level of quality
  • Manage internal marketing and customer service elements of the business
  • Conduct research and provide advice on operational/administrative processes 
  • Manage company infrastructure, operations, systems and processes
  • Continued strategic planning for improved operational performance
  • Database and software management and training
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operational and financial reports/records
  • Supplier management across company business units
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.  
  • Previous experience working in the recruitment field is highly desirable
  • Relevant administration/operational experience in a corporate environment is a must
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
